Meet the host - Natalia Markelova

Natalia Markelova is a highly accomplished and entrepreneurial professional who has made significant contributions in the field of human resources and business management. She is the founder of Worlds Influencers LLC, a professional services company that caters to the needs of business owners. With over 10 years of experience in HR and managing 60+ cross-functional employees, working across different time zones, Natalia has developed a deep understanding of the challenges that businesses face in today's complex and rapidly evolving marketplace.

Natalia's professional journey began with an MSs degree in Finance and Accounting from Westminster University London. With her strong academic background and extensive work experience, Natalia has become a sought-after expert in the fields of human resources, management, and business strategy.

Natalia's entrepreneurial spirit and drive to create a positive impact on the business world led her to found Worlds Influencers LLC. Her company provides professional services to business owners, including consulting on HR, management, business development, and professional events. Natalia's expertise and insights have helped her clients to achieve greater success and growth, even in challenging market conditions.

Dr. Robyn Short

Dr. Robyn Short is the founder and CEO of Workplace Peace Institute, a consulting and

research firm that brings peace and dignity to the workplace. She works as an

organization development consultant, peace-building trainer, mediator, racial equity

coach, and restorative justice facilitator. She is the founder and publisher of GoodMedia

Press, an independent book publisher that’s mission is to promote peace and social

justice through books and other media. Dr. Short is the founder and board chair of the

Peace & Conciliation Project, a 501(c)(3) antiracism organization that brings

communities together to address and repair the harm of racial injustice. She is an

adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University in the Master of Conflict

Management and Dispute Resolution program, Department of Law, Justice and Society

at Lipscomb University, and Master of Leadership and Negotiation at Bay Path

University. She has authored four books on peace building.

Joshua Hinkson MA CSSGB is a serial entrepreneur that has been featured in Forbes, Inman, Dow Jones Market Watch, Business Insider, and dozens of other publications. Joshua is most known for being the co-Founder of Padx Real Estate, the first gig-economy based real estate brokerage that automated the offer-writing process; making it possible for buyers to write offers without a traditional real estate agent.

Joshua's expertise are in strategy and operational management which he attributes to his 8 years served in the United States Navy, with HSC-84; a CJSOTF with two detachments in Iraq. Additionally, Joshua holds an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice, Pre-law (3.84 GPA), a Masters of Intelligence Management, Strategic Leadership (3.56 GPA), and CPI/LEAN/SixSigma Greenbelt. Robert Celeste began his Aflac career in April 2015. He is now a

multiple award-winning agent and is part of the prestigious “Pinnacle

Club” and has held a position of top agent for several years during his

career. He was accepted into Aflac’s management training program in

2019 and took the District Manager position in 2020. He has held many

leadership positions over the years and is always eager to help his

fellow colleagues. Rob faces challenges with strength and

perseverance. Rob fearlessly led his team through COVID and helped

them adapt, learn new technology and embrace the many changes

COVID brought.

Rob lives in Manchester NH with his wife and business partner Tonya

and their 2 furry kids. Rob is a decorated military veteran and is a vital

member of his church community and security team. He is a charitable

member of his community and participates in many fund raisers

throughout the year.
